Achieve the quarterly target of acquisition of product;
Property hunting through proper channels.
Be responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented.
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
Prepared report weekly & monthly basis.
Introducing & implementing marketing strategies to establish successful marketing platform.
Willing to do work as per management order for sales planning.
Develop and manage a research-based brand Communication strategy (Indoor & Outdoor)
Develop and execute brand campaigns (Planning, preparing and executing monthly offline ad schedule) and PR Management
Project Site Branding (Upcoming, under construction and Completed Projects)
Source, appoint and manage different vendors/agency to ensure on-time delivery of different offline sales and marketing tools.
Planning, Organizing and executing all external and internal events. Measure & report on success
Manage Head Office Branding and Outdoor branding
Keep the Website up-to-date about Construction Status of all under construction projects
Conduct consumer and market research
