  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the design or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase Think Architect’s online footprint, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms to ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with the brand’s vision.Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimize performance.
  • Offline Marketing:
  •  Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print media, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and business cards to target potential clients and partners.Identify and attend relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote Think Architect’s services.
  • Client Engagement:
  •  Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and build strong relationships.Collaborate with the design team to ensure client expectations are met and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Gather and analyze client feedback to improve marketing strategies and service offerings.
  •  Lead Generation:
  •  Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential clients.Track and report on lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Marketing Material Preparation:
  • Create, design, and oversee the production of marketing materials that effectively communicate the firm’s services and brand identity.Collaborate with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure the timely and quality production of all marketing materials.Maintain an inventory of marketing materials and manage distribution channels.
