Responsibilities & Context

Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves overseeing all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, and public relations, to drive sales and profitability for the restaurant.

 

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target customers, and competitive landscape.

Digital Marketing :

  • Oversee the restaurant’s online presence, including website management and SEO.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with current and potential customers.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media channels.

Advertising and Promotions:

  • Design and execute promotional campaigns, including special events, discounts, and partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers.
  • Coordinate and produce marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and menus.

Public Relations and Community Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local media, bloggers, and community organizations.
  • Organize and participate in community events to promote the restaurant.
  • Handle public relations efforts, including press releases and media kits.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Develop loyalty programs and customer retention strategies.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve service.
  • Implement and manage online review strategies to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions.

Team Collaboration and Management:

  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
