The applicant should have at least 2 year experience in the same position;
Must have working experience in Marketing & Merchandising (Knit outwear garments) with branded buyer like M&S will get preferance;
Strong knowledge on merchandising with garments product flow;
Can lead local & foreign buyer meeting independently;
Self-driven, results-oriented & having good interpersonal relationship;
Ability to coach and train subordinate on subject expert knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context
Handling a buyer independently;
Intense communication with cross functional department to ensure order execution & customer service;
Lead the team to complete tasks and meet goals;
Ensuring Budgeted profitability;
Ability to Lead 10-to-12-person team;
Production Monitoring;
Negotiation with Buyer.
