Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from any discipline. (IT enable degrees are preferable).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing with exposure to government IT related projects.
Must have Strong Presentation & communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of public sector dynamics and digital transformation is a plus.

Develop and execute marketing strategies for e-governance projects and digital public services.
Monitor integrated marketing for e-governance initiatives.
Design and manage campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including projects, communications, and government liaison units.
Generate content for proposals, brochures, reports, presentations, case studies etc.
Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, media, and partners.
Contribute to proposal writing for government tenders and partnerships.
Organize and support workshop and awareness programs for digital government initiatives.
Alignment with government communication protocols.
Coordinate with government stakeholders to promote citizen centric digital services.
