Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience

  • At least 5 years

Responsibilities & Context

  • In depth understanding of fabrics in Solid dyed, Printed and Yarn Dyed Non-Denim Woven Fabrics.

  • Familiarity with textile supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods and insight into the sustainability and ethical considerations within the industry.

  • Negotiating skills, understanding the right value of the product, ability to close deals maintaining customer satisfaction.

  • Lead day-to-day communication with key clients, handling inquiries, order follow-ups, and feedback.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements, coordinating with R&D to support product development.

  • Manage and monitor the merchandising calendar to ensure timely sample and production delivery.

  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to meet client specifications.

  • Negotiate pricing with clients and internal stakeholders to secure profitable orders.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and industry trends.

  • Support the Senior Executive in complex account management and escalated client issues.

  • Assist the Manager in executing marketing strategies and sales targets.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the industry changes, new materials, and emerging trends.

  • Experience in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
