• In-depth knowledge of NFPA standards and BNBC fire regulations.
• More than 5 years of experience in managing fire safety projects.
• Proven experience in designing fire safety systems and preparing BOQs.

Responsibilities & Context

• Understand and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for mechanical projects.
• Communicate with clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Manage and deliver mechanical projects on time and with high quality.
