Additional Requirements

Familiarity with refrigeration systems and cold chain processes is highly preferred

Execute preventive maintenance, in coordination with production, for all equipment, utility and production machineries of the plant
Conduct daily pre-production routine check to ensure operational readiness of all production and associate machineries in the production floor
Supervise breakdown maintenance of machineries and equipment in the plant
Prepare maintenance expenditure for each machinery & equipment and recommend major repair or replacement as required
Update Preventive maintenance Plan, Machine Profile, ISO Documentation
Supervise the work and performance of the other maintenance staff and also maintain discipline within the team
Train employees of the maintenance department on ISO, HACCP, GMP etc
Implement workplace safety policies and standards
Prepare periodic report on machinery breakdown hours
Prepare and update necessary records and documents to comply with ISO requirements
Keep record of work related injuries
