Job Overview

The Assistant Manager – Merchandising will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring smooth coordination across product development, pricing, and shipment, while maintaining strong relationships with international buyers. This role requires strategic planning, proactive communication, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the company’s merchandising goals. The position demands a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and a result-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Description

• Perform as a key account manager for Kathmandu, Benetton, TRI DRL, LDDV, etc.
• Responsible for R&D, development, pricing & costing, negotiation, production & shipment
• Prepare TNA and execute overall supply chain as per TNA
• Business forecasting, planning & execution
• Handle merchandising, buyer communication, meetings & visits, resolving critical issues
• Focus on individual and business KPIs; submit reports to HR on time
• Collaborate with Operation, Planning, IE, Quality, and Store teams
• Perform any other duties assigned by management
