Additional Requirements

Mandarin (Chinese) is preferred but not required

Ensure effective operations at the factory
Responsible for quality standards of sourced material
Get approvals of lab dips, etc.
Check finished samples and arrange to send samples to head office and buyers
Ensure clear and effective communication with head office
Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers (fabrics and accessories)
Follow-up across all levels: from capacity planning to garment delivery
Co-ordinate with internal developments, sampling, planning, production and quality team to ensure on-time deliveries at the correct quality levels
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents to ensure timely export documentation and shipment dispatch
Manage LC, PI, and commercial invoicing processes for export shipments
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh export regulations and customs requirements
Track and update shipment status, working closely with logistics and finance teams to resolve any shipping-related issues
Any other relevant tasks provided by the head office
