We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Modern Trade Assistant Manager to spearhead our initiatives in the competitive FMCG sector. This role demands a seasoned professional adept at managing key accounts, enhancing sales performance, and driving business growth in the modern trade segment. Reporting directly to the Management, the Modern Trade Assistant Manager will be instrumental in broadening our market presence and achieving outstanding results.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the modern trade segment in the food category.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets, monitor sales performance, and adjust sales plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, marketing, and finance, to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics and provide insights to senior management.
