Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Network Management:

• Oversee the company’s network infrastructure’s design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Ensure network security through firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues to maintain optimal performance.

System Administration:

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage systems, and other IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Technical Support:

• Provide advanced technical support for network and system issues.
• Coordinate with IT staff to ensure prompt resolution of issues and efficient support services.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and service records.

Security Management:

• Develop and enforce security policies to protect IT infrastructure.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to safeguard the organization’s assets.

Project Management:

• Execute IT projects according to the plan of the IT Planning and Development Team, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve network and system efficiency.

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor junior IT staff, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for team members.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
