Additional Requirements

Experience in plantation of sapling for afforestation program.

Basic Knowledge of Hydroponic/Aeroponic cultivation, management, etc.

Expertise of setting green-house/Net-house for crop cultivation.

Develop, present and manage the annual budget for nursery operations and production activities.

Mobilize resources and ensure production of saplings.

Implement and maintain quality control protocols to ensure saplings meet company customer-specific standards.

Manage and facilitate on-site sales, including price, promotion, and customer interactions.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.

Offer expert advice and support to nursery supervisor on nursery management, and sapling care.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs for continuous improvements.

Any other task assigned by the management.
