Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering/ Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)
• Master’s in any relevant field will be an added advantage
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferable)

Experience

• 6 to 9 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (FMCG), Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Steel

Responsibilities & Context

• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements and ensure adherence to 5S principles.
• Proactively champion lean manufacturing by learning lean tools and identifying implementation opportunities to optimize raw material consumption.
• Minimize waste and reduce major product defects to enhance quality standards.
• Implement the Operational Excellence Road Map across the plant, supporting the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Introduce Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to ensure equipment reliability, minimize breakdowns and delays in manufacturing processes.
• Lead the functional Operational Excellence team, fostering a culture of collaboration, networking with peers, and promoting best practice sharing.
• Automation Project Initiate
• Execute additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.
