Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years

• BSc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university required. An MBA or equivalent post graduate qualification is highly preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in operations, factory or related fields within the electrical & electronics manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Cables/ Hardware Tools/ Ceiling fan/ TPW Fan/ Water Pumps factory/company experience will get preference.
• Strong understanding of Supply chain and factory operations; experience in supplier management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable & able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

• Overseeing daily factory processes, tracking production schedules & ensuring on-time delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with factory teams to monitor and address any issues related to quality control or production delaying.
• Support Supply Chain operations by monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers & ensuring timely delivery of imported components.
• Assist in managing stock levels & ensuring seamless material flow to meet production needs.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries, building strong relationships for long term partnerships.
• Assist in identifying new sourcing opportunities to optimize costs & diversify supplier options.
• Collaborate with the Operation Department & SCM Department to confirm orders, maintain orders schedules & ensure production aligns with sales forecasts.
• Help Develop and implement strategies to meet demand forecasts and production targets.
• Collect and analyze data related to Market output, Factory output, Supply Chain efficiency & Inventory usage.
• Prepare reports & PPT, providing insights on key metrics & areas of improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, recommending and implementing process optimizations for enhanced productivity and cost savings.
• Support the implementation of new technologies or practices that improve operational efficiency.
