Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure daily test report of sample, all raw materials & packaging materials;
- Act as the Product development expert, demonstrating comprehensive technical knowledge for packaging and branding solutions and working as KEY responsible person in order to obtain nomination for the organisation;
- Supervise the team and ensure a smooth operation.
- Ensure company values and ethics being communicated and practised within the team.
- Lead managing daily improvement (MDI) process;
- Resolve daily issues through MDIs;
- Liaise with other departments where necessary;
- Involvement on critical issues for resolution;
- Conduct research on new accessories development considering market opportunity of new accessories & upgraded new technology;
- Explain research methodology and justifying conclusions drawn from research to the team;
- Develop methods and procedures for data collection, analysis and interpretation;
- Get sample from production and follow up approval of sample from buyer in order to meet OTD & plan hit rate%;
- Maintain required research related database and prepared necessary reports;
- Lead, monitor, appraise and train up subordinates;
- Cross Functional works: Dealing with Supply Chain Team for raw material sourcing and projection, guiding CMA team to arrange pricing as per sales requirement;
- Enable QA,CS & Sales team through product knowledge & solution and training on guideline as per buyer protocol plus conducting PP (pre-production) meeting;
- Involve and Engage in projects initiatives and events that is assigned by the Management which is necessary for the greater well-being of the Organisation, Its Business Results and the Happiness and well-being of its Stakeholders.
