Responsibilities & Context

• Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure product feasibility and quality.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation for all products.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners for materials sourcing and development.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and present project updates to senior management.
• Support product marketing initiatives including go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
• Source potential and quality suppliers from the competitive market on regular basis for the procurement of different materials and components.
