Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our healthcare software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Translate business goals into specific software requirements.
- Visit customers and work closely with the business team to verify the issues and ensure it meets certain criteria.
- Prioritize software features based on market need analyses and company strategies.
- Manage software project scope by making tradeoffs between competing software requirements, such as time vs. cost and software security vs. speed.
- Prioritize feature requests from software development teams.
- Crystallize the product vision and work closely with software engineers to define its specifications
- Track progress against plan and resolve any variances as soon as they are identified.
- Manage tradeoffs between features, schedule, and costs based on their relationship to business goals, company policies, software architecture constraints, and software development team capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues by documenting steps to reproduce.
- Work in an Agile development environment, actively contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Agent training on software feature, usage and other aspects.
- Work closely to ensure the software releases are distributed, feedback collected for further improvements for the stable version release, take ownership of the full version knowledge share with the company and other stakeholders.
