Responsibilities & Context

Manage production requirements from planning to finishing as per manufacturing lead time.

Capable of working with software-based production processes.

Capable of maintaining the database and proper output from it.

Ensure lab to bulk reproducibility at least 90%.

Monitor production output as per production plan & capacity to fulfill marketing requirements.

Capable of handling at least 120 personnel at different levels in his department.

Manage the line setup on a shift basis as per the production schedule and machine-wise output with the best combination of manpower & machine.

Monitor in-line efficiency and productivity of machines in coordination with the maintenance team and employees by showing them advanced job techniques, on job training.

Control lead time against each step of the process and ensure KPI achievement.

Basic Salary – USD 1800, House Rent – USD 200, Conveyance – USD 50, Medical Allowance – USD 50
