Candidate must have experience in similar position.
Knowledge and communication skill on Japanese Language will get special preference.
Candidate should have sound knowledge on computer operations ( MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

To run production lines and factory workers.
To look after cutting, sewing as well as total production flow of the factory.
Effective utilization of spare parts, materials, manpower etc.
Should have knowledge to maintain Japanese Methodology 5S in workplace.
To maximum production capacity with required quality level.
To ensure all shipment dates must be met as per given delivery dates.
To maintain discipline among workers and staffs of productions.
Must have the ability to do total line plan and prompt lay out during change of model.
Ability to work extra time in case of production runs up to shipment dead line.
