- Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, Decathlon, Primark, GU
- Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers’ team and staff.
- Self-motivated and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
- Should be proactive and result oriented.
