Additional Requirements

Identify and source machineries required for the production of food items and accessories.
Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best quality and cost efficiency.
Develop detailed timelines and action plans (T&A) for all projects.
Monitor and track project milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Report on project progress and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
Liaise with real estate agents, property owners, and local authorities to source land.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the company’s projects.
Present findings and recommendations to Chairman.
Maintain regular communication with factory to ensure project alignment.
Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure that factory operations are synchronized with project requirements and timelines.
Gather and analyze market data for zipper items, lingerie items, food items, and other relevant products.
Compile and present data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
