Responsibilities & Context
- Lead the quality team Ensure quality assurance culture in the factory
- Monitor daily activity of the team to ensure quality product
- Review daily quality reports and confirm ISO 9001:2015 standard
- Train quality team periodically to improve team performance
- Conduct periodical coordination meeting with related departments
- Conduct regular root cause analysis for quality failure and advice concerns
- Ensure all product gone through quality tests process
