Responsibilities & Context
- Develop & implement quality assurance policies & procedures.
- Follow up daily reports & take action under measurement aspects. Specially, review bulk measurement reports & give on time decisions to ensure improvement against happened variations.
- Closely monitoring pattern adjustment & shrinkage management before starts bulk & liable to stop/ start cutting.
- Preparing or summarizing weekly / monthly or any periodical reports through analysis on quality progression/ degradation.
- Attend on PP meeting and need to get understand all Buyer requirements through discussion and reached out those to production team & self-team also.
- Maintain buyer wise requirement at Cutting area & take relevant action against any such intolerable issues.
- To resolve & manage twisting issue maintained specified procedures till pattern, cutting, sewing & after wash.
- Maintain regular communication with concern department through mail & discussion meeting.
