Responsibilities & Context
- Ensures products meet quality standards during the final stages of manufacturing. Manage the finishing process, inspect products for defects, and implement corrective actions to improve quality. Also collaborate with other teams to address quality issues.
- Assist in the development and execution of quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, materials, and finished products to verify quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all quality control processes, including inspection reports, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Participate in training sessions for staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Support the Quality Control Manager in conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive actions for identified issues.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Define and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with organizational goals and customer expectations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing quality assurance team, driving best practices in testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and tools to enhance product quality efficiency and coverage.
