• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience

• At least 8 years

Responsibilities & Context

• Need to participate in PP meeting;

• Need to follow up sample;

• Need to follow up line feeding and processes;

• Follow-up (TOP, Shipping, rack, testing etc.) samples;

• Communicate with fabric mill if fabric have any issues. (Ex: GSM, shade variation, fabric defects etc.);

• Follow up fabric shrinkage status;

• Follow up size set correction;

• Give Corrective action for any issue about cutting;

• Need to communicate with Embellishment section if any issues on embellishment;

• Need to review first line output & give comments & approval;

• Brief the style wise important areas/point with relevant QA team;

• Follow finishing return & audit pass rate & discuss with relevant sewing executive;

• Need to discuss with merchandiser or buyer if need any approval;

• Provide continues feedback about customer safety issues;

• If audit fails more need to discuss with relevant Executive;

• Follow up DHU% & finishing return & get corrective action;

• Need to follow up pre final audits; Discuss inline findings with relevant personnel;

• If any defects quantity (shading, measurement out etc) is more, need to discuss with relent sewing people & get corrective action;

• Proper guidance & training QA-team;

• Need to monitor the process & see the opportunities to improve; Opprtunities need to discuss with top management for implementation.
