Additional Requirements

3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality management within the outerwear or apparel industry.
In-depth knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and methodologies.
Familiarity with quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
Experience with garment construction and fabric properties specific to outerwear.

Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards for outerwear products.
Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and recommend improvements as needed.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present detailed quality reports and recommendations to the Quality Manager and other stakeholders.
Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and support product development.
Communicate quality concerns and work collaboratively to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in training and mentoring quality control staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Provide guidance and support to ensure that quality procedures are consistently followed.
Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to address quality-related issues and ensure that external partners meet quality standards.
Support supplier audits and evaluations to maintain quality consistency.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
