Responsibilities & Context
- The incumbent need to ensure consistent product quality of all products produced, identify potential issues in all phases of operations.
- Responsible for continuous quality improvement, discover root cause & work on improvements.
- To ensure for E-mail communication corresponded with buyer, merchandiser and all related persons.
- Responsible for pre-production meeting with production people.
- Make sure 100% final inspection pass rate.
- The incumbent is responsible to ensure 100% gold seal sample pass rate.
- Responsible for maintaining shipment schedule plan and buyer wise weekly schedule (inline, pre-final, final).
- To attend daily morning meeting with auditor and GPQ.
- Responsible for attending meeting with Technical Manager to discuss about the upcoming style.
- To ensure smooth handling of customers and auditors.
