- Ensure customer SOP is implemented and maintained properly
- Arrange & PPM (Pre Production Meeting) and ensure active participation of all parties
- Conduct In-line & Pre-final inspection
- Prepare various quality reports such as (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc)
- Communicate with departments about quality issues
