Assistant Manager – Quality & Production

Production Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize production schedules based on order requirements.
• Ensure timely execution of production plans to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor daily production targets and take corrective actions if needed.
• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and line balancing for optimal efficiency.
• Maintain updated reports on production performance (output, downtime, efficiency, etc.).
• Ensure smooth workflow and minimize bottlenecks in the production process.

Quality Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor quality standards across all production stages.
• Conduct in-line and end-line inspections and ensure necessary corrective actions.
• Train operators and supervisors on quality procedures and defect prevention.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for audits and buyer inspections.
• Identify quality issues and develop root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, company SOPs, and AQL standards.
