Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback sessions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
- Promote organization as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
