Conduct detailed requirement analysis by liaising with internal stakeholders (like HR, Sales, Procurement) to identify system inefficiencies and improvements in ERP modules.
Collaborate with the Pre-Sales and Sales teams to integrate customer-specific needs into ERP system design and development.
Lead brainstorming sessions to create innovative software solutions tailored to the operational requirements of aamra networks limited.

Development:

Design and develop ERP software modules with a focus on scalability, security, and user experience.
Build prototypes for new features, collect user feedback, and iterate to refine the functionality.
Implement coding standards, perform code reviews, and use version control tools to maintain high-quality software.
Maintain and develop the majority of the website.

Post-Development:

Ensure seamless integration of new modules with existing systems by conducting comprehensive testing.
Generate technical documentation, user guides, and support materials for ERP software.
Collaborate with the IT department to deploy software updates and manage user training sessions.

Market Research and Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest trends in ERP systems, cloud computing, and enterprise solutions.
Introduce cutting-edge technologies such as AI-driven insights (face recognition, car license plate detection) and predictive analytics into ERP modules.
Conduct feasibility studies and Proofs of Concept (POC) for integrating third-party APIs or tools.
