Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff.
