- Developing and maintaining strong relationship with different industries
- Analyzing market trends, competitor’s business strategy and formulating sales plan with forecasting annual sales turnover
- Developing action plan, organize and take initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target
- Managing team members and developing their competencies to achieve comprehensive business goals and motivating them to practice ethical standard in every step of life
- Organizing events and training sessions to ensure utmost support and knowledge including product awareness among corporate customers, dealers and team members
- Utilizing various types of promotional tools to boost up sales and marketing activities
