Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead the marketing and sales efforts of our consumer goods division. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and expand our customer base in both wholesale and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company’s revenue goals and market expansion targets.

  • Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand customer needs.

  • Brand Development: Collaborate on branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and marketing collateral to strengthen the company’s presence in the consumer goods market.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to meet performance targets and develop their skills.

  • Channel Management: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners to ensure product availability and distribution efficiency.

  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and report on outcomes to senior management.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Engage with key customers to foster loyalty and enhance satisfaction with our products and services.
