Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead the marketing and sales efforts of our consumer goods division. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, and expand our customer base in both wholesale and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company’s revenue goals and market expansion targets.

Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, monitor competitors, and understand customer needs.

Brand Development: Collaborate on branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and marketing collateral to strengthen the company’s presence in the consumer goods market.
