Responsibilities & Context
Spreeha brings affordable and quality healthcare to low and middle-income communities of Bangladesh by decentralizing service delivery through a hyper-local tech-enabled urgent care network, to provide comprehensive, proactive, and patient-centered healthcare solutions.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to support Spreeha urgent care network with developing and operationalizing demand generation, driving the demand for urgent care and execute best practices ensuring highest level of client service experience.
Key Role:
- Support and improve Urgent Care brand awareness, demand creation strategies and client referral networks in the centers channel by analysis of existing activities, application of best practices (including Spreeha urgent care Success Models) to develop strategies and initiatives with the outcomes being improved uptake of existing services.
- Develop, test and roll out new demand creation activities tailored to the center catchment area, including the use and management of field marketing.
- Work closely with the Central team to ensure that the necessary systems are in place to effectively monitor and measure the impact of sales & marketing activities in the centers channel.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies, business plans and goals. Support the development of monthly marketing plans and ensure the effective delivery of the demand creation plan.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer client base and competition. Search for new market opportunities.
- Plan and arrange monthly health campaigns, events attached to the centers.
- Work closely with Operations Managers to manage and track performance of center field staff, including developing and tracking progress against work plans and targets.
- Develop, Lead & Strategize field team performance to ensure multiple profitable income stream for services offered.
