Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Diploma / B.Sc. Engineer (Electrical Engineer) from any reputed university.

Experience

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Engineering Firms

• The applicants must be Smart, Energetic & have sufficient knowledge in BBT, Sub-station, Solar L.V component etc.

Responsibilities & Context

The qualified candidate will be responsible for Sales & Marketing for the Area to achieve the individual sales target by actively involved in primary & secondary sales monitoring and distributor hunting & maintain them as assigned by the management.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the sales & marketing team ensuring that they are on track for achieving sales target.
• The candidate must be target oriented and work under the team supervisor or manager.
• Candidate must have to fulfill a minimum target fixed by the company quarterly basis.
• Market visit, client visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
• Recording Client information in systematic way as per company rules.
• Pre-sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of sales contract.
• To build a strong relationship with customers & searching potential target markets and customers for promotion of sales.
