Responsibilities & Context
- Leadership quality to monitor line manager strictly.
- Have to achieve pre-fixed target monthly/quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly
- Follow up with clients and project visits.
- Prepare Monthly / quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly sales & collection plan/ budget for the region.
- Responsible for achieving individual’s monthly/yearly sales target.
- To develop sales plans and budgets to achieve the monthly/yearly sales targets.
- To plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gap.
- To motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
- To manage sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the Sales team’s activities.
- Arranging market development programs to boost up relations and sales.
