Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts, agreements, and quotations.
  • Oversee the preparation and issuance of Proforma Invoices (PI).
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and deliveries. Handle and monitor Letters of Credit (LC) from issuance to confirmation and payment.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and customers to ensure compliance with LC terms.
  • Monitor and ensure final payment receipt and settlement of outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance and market share.
  • Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales and marketing staff.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, new products, and best practices.
