- Experience in ISP, IT Enabled Service preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to exceed sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market trends for growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams on sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and track targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and techniques.
- Adopt a consultative approach with clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
