Responsibilities & Context

ACI Motors is looking for an Assistant Manager, Sales who will assist to drive the national sales for its Engine Oil & Additives Brand – Liqui Moly. Major Job Responsibilities are –

Develop and implement the sales strategy to meet sales targets and revenue goals in national level.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust the sales approach accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, Dealers, Retailers and partners to ensure sales target.
Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base in both B2B and B2C segments.
Manage a sales team, set clear performance objectives and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to ensure optimal team performance.
Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
