Responsibilities & Context
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of Digital AOP Printing Machines, and provide sales support.
- To Provide extensive technical expertise & support for installation and Use.
- To Deliver Machine configures to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and Deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment.
- Develop, present, and respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including the request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions.
- Identify the potential customers for products and services.
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Review operational records and reports to Machinery sales and determine profitability.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
- Direct, coordinate, and review activities in sales and service accounting and record-keeping, and in receiving and shipping operations.
- Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
- Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase.
- Maintain sales forecasting reports.
- Identify resale opportunities and support them to achieve sales plans.
- Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery.
