Responsibilities & Context

• Developing and executing distribution plans to ensure product availability in various regions and channels across Bangladesh.
• Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure efficient distribution and maximize sales.
• Implementing pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of distribution channels and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and logistics to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all distribution activities.
• Providing regular reports and analysis on distribution performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
• Overall, the Route to Market Manager plays a crucial role in managing the distribution network and driving sales growth in the dynamic Electric market of Bangladesh.
