Additional Requirements

Candidate must be retired from Bangladesh Army (Captain/ Junior Commissioned Officer).
Should have minimum 05-07 years of working experience in industry level.

Develop, implement and maintain security policies, procedures and systems for the factory.
Monitor and supervise security personnel to ensure that they adhere to company protocols.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement improvements.
Oversee surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and ensure they are functioning optimally.
Manage a team of security officers, providing training, guidance and performance evaluations.
Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution within the security team.
Act as the primary point of contact for all security related incidents, including breaches, accidents or emergencies.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services in the event of a security breach or other critical situations.
Schedule security personnel shifts and ensure adequate coverage at all times (24/7 if necessary).
