Requirements

Education

• B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy and relevant discipline.

Additional Requirements

• Skill and Competencies:
• Three or more years of experience in reputed renewable energy organizations.
• Experience in managing budgets, controlled costs, improved efficiency, or successfully contributed to financial goals.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a trainer.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsible for:

• Solar power installation, Solar Irrigation pump operation & Maintenance, and Renewable Energy related program implementation and related training conduction.

Activities:

• Ensure sound implementation of renewable energy activities, articulate new ideas and ensure design of Solar grid, Solar irrigation pump and Agro-voltaic program with appropriate and affordable energy cost estimation for the most marginalized community, and installation accordingly and as per project requirement.
• Assist to develop Concept note, project proposal, business plan, budget, operational policies and procedures for proficient program accomplishment.
• Prepare monthly program implementation plan to meet the annual strategic planning target and to provide regular status to Management.
• Coordination with Procurement department and vendor to purchase materials, equipment, and ensuring product quality, logistic supply, and transaction of warranty materials.
• Coordination with field officials regarding the smooth implementation of program.
• Ensure that the project team follows best practices and standard operation procedures.
• Update Program Management about project status, updates and concerns on daily basis.
• Conducting meeting, orientation, workshop, and preparing agenda and action plan.
• Conduct staff and beneficiary training and ensure necessary support for training like training need assessment (TNA), module development and others.
• Regular field visits and ensuring supervision of sound implementation of Program.
• Provide servicing solutions for all the installed solar power system and directions to the technical staff of the field offices for maintaining system properly.
• Ensure all project-related documents are properly updated and maintained.
• Conduct performance review and provide feedback to staff for improvements.
• Any other tasks if assigned by Head of SED/ Friendship Management.
