Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Studies, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cyber security industry.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security principles, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with selling complex technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to cyber security.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cyber security sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cyber security market.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow the client base.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our cyber security products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on how our solutions can address their specific security challenges.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and materials.
  • Communicate client feedback and market insights to the product development team to inform future offerings.
  • Evaluate and provide BOM for project tender
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor activities
