- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Strengthening employer branding and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Manage onboarding, ensuring smooth new hire integration.
- Administer and optimize payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
- Monitor leave, attendance, and workforce planning.
- Ensure seamless offboarding while maintaining compliance.
- Develop and implement training & development programs.
- Support performance management, including KPIs, appraisals, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives for a motivated workforce.Contribute to HR strategy and policy development.
