Responsibilities & Context
- As the Assistant Manager/Senior Executive of Sales and Marketing at Real Estate Company.
- We are looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of Senior Executive of Sales and Marketing. Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate(Flat & Plot) business and present market scenario.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
- Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
- Corporate sales planning and implementation.
- Collect and analyze data and prepare sales report.
- Priority have experience in Face book, SMS, WhatsApp others online Digital Marketing.
- Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, online research, and attending industry events.
- Highly knowledgeable on Real Estate(Flat & Plot) business and present market scenario.
- Computer knowledge is the must.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
