Additional Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Administrative work, and Training
Should have a working knowledge of local and International Labor Laws
Internationally recognized social auditing standards like BSCI, SA8000, ILO, etc. will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Bangla
Proficiency in Project Management, Data Management, etc.
Must have good problem-solving & decision-making skills
Flexible to go for field visits on a frequent basis

Plan, coordinate, and execute social compliance operations for Independent Producers, Ayesha Abed Foundation, and other production hubs
Develop and maintain audit schedules, checklists, and reports for periodic monitoring of production units
Formulate and implement strategies to enhance social compliance and operational efficiency through Corrective Action Plan (CAP) monitoring
Design and deliver training programs for Independent Producers, artisans, and administrative staff on social compliance standards and best practices
Promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements through developmental interventions
Monitor compliance activities and track progress against established goals and benchmarks
Prepare comprehensive reports on audit findings, compliance status, and corrective actions
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on compliance issues and progress.
