Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- BSc (Hons.) in CSE/ITE/ICE/EEE/Relevant Subject from any Reputed University

Responsibilities & Context
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and LAN/WAN setup.
- Proactive approach in identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact users.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work during off-hours or weekends for urgent network issues or maintenance.
- Sound knowledge of Routing, Switching, BGP, VPN, Tunneling, NAT, IP-Firewall, and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with network devices (MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, or similar) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and network safety best practices is an advantage.
- Experience in corporate customer support (System & Networking) is preferred.
